What do I need to wear and bring to my first kickboxing lesson?
All you need is some comfortable clothes to train in – Jogging bottoms and t-shirt is fine. A bottle of water and a towel is optional.
I have no martial arts experience, is this a problem?
Absolutely not. Our kickboxing classes are ideal for beginners. We start you off slowly teaching you the basic techniques. As your experience grows we show your more difficult techniques.
Do I have to spar (fight)?
No. Sparing is completely optional and we never put pressure on students to fight if they do not feel comfortable doing so. If you do wish to spar, you can start at a level which suits you.
Do I have to book for my free taster session?
No. You are welcome to just turn up on the night at your local venue. Our training sessions are available 5 days a week all across Leicester.
