PKA Kickboxing Leicester runs adults and teenager sessions 5 days a week for all abilities. Our fully trained friendly instructors will help you learn at your own pace. Our Kickboxing classes are perfect if you want to lose weight, gain confidence, learn self defense or to become a competitive fighter. All sparring is optional and unlike most kickboxing organisations we do not require you to fight unless you want to.

Effective weight lose and fitness classes
Fitness is the foundation of any martial art and plays a key part in all our classes. All exercises are tailored to your own abilities which we will help you improve over time.
A TYPICAL KICKBOXING CLASS
Our martial arts classes constantly change allowing you to learn new skills, moves and techniques. But a typical class includes:
- Warm-up. A series of stretching exercises.
- Pad work. A selection of punches and kicks with a partner to pads.
- Fitness rounds. Short and fast exercises aimed at improving your fitness
- Cool-down. A series of stretches aimed at relaxing your body and improving flexibility

A membership fee of £50 includes:
– PKA Uniform (t-shirt and trousers)
– First years insurance (£25/yr thereafter)
